Your zip code shouldn't determine your quality of life. I'm running for PG County Council District 6 because every resident deserves housing stability, food access, and economic opportunity — no matter what neighborhood they call home.
I'm a military brat who grew up in Accokeek and found my calling in the hallways of Suitland High School. I've seen the 'haves' and the 'have-nots' of District 6, and I've spent my career as a real estate broker and law student fighting the 'Housing Industrial Complex.' I'm not just running to hold an office; I'm running to stop the wealth theft and utility exploitation that is holding our families back.
Real Change requires Real Evidence.
District 6 doesn't need more empty slogans. We need a blueprint built on data.

PG WAS THE WEALTHIEST BLACK COUNTY
Prince George's County was the wealthiest majority-Black county in America and remains the most populous African American-majority county in the United States, with 967,201 residents. While Charles County now holds the wealthiest title, PG County contains more than half of all majority-Black high-income Census tracts in the nation.
But it's not equal. In four food desert priority areas—Parkland Terrace/Marlow Heights, Walker Mill/Yorkshire Knolls, Langley Park/Adelphi, and College Park—there are 8.4 fast food retailers per square mile versus just 1.2 supermarkets. If we have what it takes to be the wealthiest community, why can't we do what it takes to make sure every District 6 neighborhood has access to groceries?
SEE THE PLANFood Deserts & Grocery Retention
Moving from study to implementation: providing incentives to retain grocers in the four priority areas, supporting farmers markets in food deserts, and implementing the Healthy Corner Store Initiative to help small stores offer fresh, healthy food.
Every Neighborhood Deserves Access
From Largo to Forestville, Mitchellville to Westphalia—we can finish the job. Let's make sure every District 6 neighborhood has access to fresh groceries, not just fast food swamps.
How It All Connects
Everything connects when we plan together in District 6. Dominique's platforms reinforce each other—from PRSA housing stability to food desert initiatives to youth hubs—to build stronger communities from Largo to Westphalia.
Shared Goals
When we plan together, every platform strengthens the others.
